ATK VEGE ACQUIRES CALIFORNIA CYLINDER HEAD

SANTA ANA, CA – ATK VEGE, the largest private label remanufacturer of engines in North America, has acquired California Cylinder Heads of Orange, CA (CCH) from owner Peter Winkler. CCH was started by Winkler in Garden Grove, CA, nearly two decades ago.

“The purchase of California Cylinder Heads provides the opportunity to better serve our customers by allowing us to expand our cylinder head product line,” said Peter Butterfield, CEO and President of ATK VEGE. “We now have increased our inventory and broadened our coverage of both Domestic and Japanese heads for the North American market.”

“We believe that our heads are of superior quality and to back that up we offer the ATK VEG limited parts and labor warranty,” Butterfield added.

Immediately following the purchase, ATK VEGE integrated the operations of the CCH into their facility in Dallas, Texas.
