Peter M. Butterfield, President and CEO, ATK North America
- Prior to joining ATK, Peter served as CEO for Kia Motors America. While at Kia Peter grew the company to over 650 dealerships, more than doubled the revenue to over $5 billion, and was able to acheive sales and volume records for four consecutive years
- Peter also served as the Executive Vice President of Volvo Cars North America, where he led the company to all-time volume and sales records
- Peter sits on numerous boards, including not-for-profits
- He received his BA in Psychology from Northern Illinois University and graduated from the Harvard Business School Advanced Management Program

Ton Versteeg, President, VEGE de Mexico, VEGE Motodis
- Ton is responsible for all manufacturing, sales, and distribution in Mexico and South America
- Ton was instrumental in building the VEGE de Mexico facility in Monterey in 1987 and in establishing the culture and laying the foundations for a quality driven organization
- Under his leadership, the plant expanded its existing product line and became ISO/TS 16949 and ISO 14001 certified.
- Ton has been an active member of VEGE since 1981

Jon Howell, EVP Corporate Planning, ATK NA & VEGE de Mexico
- Jon is responsible for overall corporate planning and merger/aquisitions activity
- He built the Ernst & Young National Financial Institution Consulting Practice and grew it from 0 to $4 million in less than 2 years
- Jon spent 15 years at Citibank managing operations in over 54 countries
- As President and CEO of Centor Software, he led the complete restructuring of the company’s operations and strategic positioning prior to its buyout
- Jon has a BS in Management from the University of Scranton and graduated from the Harvard Business School Advanced Management Program

Karen Hernandez, CPA CFO, ATK NA & VEGE de Mexico
- Karen is responsible for financial services at all ATK/VEGE group companies
- Karen began her career with Deloitte & Touche where she earned her CPA
- She led due diligence and valuation efforts at a VC Company and later, as CFO of their premier investment, helped raise $3.5 million in funding and assisted in selling the company
- She ran finance groups for Ford Credit Corp., and New Century Financial where she streamlined processes to cut costs, increase efficacy, and significantly add to the bottom line
- Karen received her BA in Philosophy, Politics, and Economics/Accounting from Claremont McKenna College and her MBA from the Harvard Business School

Shannon Empting, Vice President, GM, ATK North America (Santa Ana)
- Shannon's 25 year career has encompassed responsibilities in all aspects of ATK's business
- She is currently responsible for the overall operation of ATK including warranties, post sales support, inside sales, marketing, and quality
- Over the years, she has helped the company grow the infrastructure as needed--helping ATK transform from a $3 million dollar company to the largest private label Remanufacturer in North America. This transformation included creating policies and procedures and creating and managing KPIs
- Education includes a Bachelor’s Degree, University of Oklahoma, Masters in Education Program, ISO Internal Auditor Certification

Scott Miller, Vice President, GM, ATK North America (Dallas)

Scott's 20 year career with ATK has encompassed all aspects of manufacturing, product development, supply chain logistics and general management

He is currently responsible for all areas of operation in the Dallas location which is the company's primary warehouse, distribution, and logistics facility

Scott was responsible for developing the core return program, and for creating the Reconditioned Engine Center sales and production division

His newest endeavor includes the implementation and management of ATK's new High Performance Division and new engine manufacturing

- Todd is responsible for developing and coordinating sales activity for ATK in the U.S.
- He has been with ATK for 19 years and has 22 years of experience in the industry
- Todd helped build ATK from a $3 million dollar company to the largest private label Engine Remanufacturer in North America
- Todd has held management positions in Warranty, Customer Service and Dispute Resolution as well as National Accounts
