The additional warranty packages are called the VIP Program and the Gold Seal Program:

VIP Warranty :

ATK's Valued Installer Program is a "No Cost, No Fault" warranty that has been created to help our loyal installers. This program has been designed to remove the blame from warranty claims. The program pays up to $50 per hour on labor to the original installation facility, ensuring that the customer will be back on the road faster and ensures a no hassle claim service. Gold Seal Warranty ($185 extra):

ATK's Gold Seal Program is an optional service on top of the VIP program. With the Gold Seal, the end user of the product is granted nationwide towing, a free rental car, and fluid reimbursement.
